I Worship Mary-Kate and Ashley

I lovvvveee Mary-Kate and Ashley. Ok, so some of mk's fashion choices in the past year or so haven't exactly been the epitome of chic (I love the layered look but she takes it a little far) but Ashley just gets more and more fabulous. I love the all black and white wardrobe of leather jackets and sky-high heels that she's been rocking lately.
I have been waiting in anticipation of their new line Elizabeth and James for months and now it's finally here!! The line has their basic black leggings and white t-shirts, but also includes some surprisingly cute and colorful mini-dresses that evoke Studio 54 in the best possible way. These are some of my favorite looks:

A blazer! I got so excited when I saw this. Now I can't wait to pair mine with leggings and my Vince muscle tee. I love the slim cut. Also: stirrup leggings?? I have been waiting for their revival since the beginning of the legging trend. I know not a lot of people share my love of stirrup leggings but I still fondly remember wearing purple ones every day of preschool. Those were good times.






I don't know that the "cocktail" shorts are really very wearable but I still love them. If I was 5 inches taller I'd totally get them.









You can't tell from this picture but the dress has an open back with a draping hood. The design is classic, yet original and I think it looks way more wearable than it sounds.











I cannot get over how perfect this outfit is. The deep purple dress with the leather jacket is fantastic. Plus, I've been completely obsessed with leather jackets and dresses ever since Rachel Bilson pulled it off so fabulously last year.







This collection has got me so excited it's ridiculous. Everything is so simple and well-cut. I seriously have to have it all...Too bad that's not gonna happen. Oh the tragedy of the college budget. (sigh)
